We looked at why willpower fails, and how lasting change actually happens: when staying the same becomes more painful than changing. Then we worked through six steps:
- Decide what you want, and what stops you.
- Get leverage so change becomes a must.
- Interrupt the old pattern.
- Create a new pattern.
- Reinforce it with small wins.
- Test it under pressure.
Members ended by each committing to one action for the week.
